OR Ex-servicemen from Indian Navy of engineering branch having 15 years of experience and holding license to act engineer certificate from MMB/MMD for License To Act Engineer Post and Certificate of competency (First class Master) issued by the Maharashtra Maritime Board/ Mercantile Marine Dept. as per Inland Vessel Act. Knowledge of swimming is compulsory.
